Strata Hub Fire Safety
The Strata Hub is a central source of information and online tools to meet the needs of strata communities across NSW. It is also where strata schemes can complete their new annual reporting.
There are the 2 situations your Strata Fire Safety Reporting could fall under:
- An Annual Fire Safety Statement
- The strata block doesn’t have an Annual Fire Safety Statement in place
- Option 1: you have An Annual Fire Safety Statement
- Email email@example.com with a copy of your Annual Fire Safety Statement paperwork, we will use the page titled “Fire Safety Measures” to give you an individualised quote.
- If you are currently using another provider and you’d like to accept our quote, let us know & we will remind you when it’s about to fall due for it’s service, so easy to switch.
- Option 2: The strata block doesn’t have an Annual Fire Safety Statement in place
